Ms. Yumiko Wong is a licensed and certified Physician Assistant who joined CVMG in November 2016.
She completed her Bachelor of Science in Physiological Sciences at UCLA and went on to continue her education at The George Washington University in Washington, D.C. There Ms. Wong earned a dual Masters degree in Health Sciences in Physician Assistant Studies and in Public Health with a concentration in Community Oriented Primary Care.
Growing up in Rancho Cucamonga, she returned to the Inland Empire after her studies to begin her medical career in providing quality healthcare to the local community. With over 20 years of experience in diverse medical settings, Ms. Wong’s dedication lies in family practice where she continues to provide comprehensive and compassionate care to patients of all ages with chronic and acute conditions.
Outside of the medical setting, she is an avid runner and cyclist who has completed numerous half, full and ultra marathons along with two IronMan 70.3. She enjoys spending time in the outdoors backpacking, camping and adventuring with her 2 kids, always in search for the best sunrises, sunsets and places to eat.
