To Our Valued Chino Patients:
Cucamonga Valley Medical Group (CVMG) recently celebrated 20 years of serving our communities. It is both an honor and a privilege that you entrust us with your health and well-being. We strive to earn this trust in the care that you receive from our providers and staff.
In an effort to better meet our growing patient demand, CVMG has made the difficult decision to close our Chino Clinic effective July 31, 2026. We want you to know that you can continue to see our great Chino providers, who will be moving to our other locations beginning in August.

• Dr. Brandon Tong will be serving our patients in the Eastvale and Rancho Cucamonga Clinics
• Ms. Kiran Kaur will be based in our Eastvale and North Fontana Clinics
If you’ve already booked a future appointment with one of our Chino providers, your appointment location will automatically be updated to their new clinic. If you’d like to change your appointment, please contact us at (909) 429-2864.
