Noé Lopez is a Family Nurse Practitioner who educates patients in self-management of chronic conditions such as diabetes and obesity. Mr. Lopez believes in providing patient-centered, compassionate care that focuses on the whole person, which entails the physical, emotional and spiritual needs.
As a Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist, Mr. Lopez has been involved in facilitating CVMG’s diabetes education classes. He is bilingual in both English and Spanish, which has enabled him to reach even more people through the diabetes education program.
Mr. Lopez earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Azusa Pacific University and a Master of Science in Nursing and Family Nurse Practitioner from Western University of Health Sciences in Pomona.
He is a member of the California Association for Nurse Practitioners, American Association of Nurse Practitioners, Association of Diabetes Care and Education Specialists, and the American Diabetes Association. The Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing inducted Mr. Lopez in 2016 and he has also received the Kaiser Permanente Extraordinary Nursing Care Award.
Since 2014, Lopez has volunteered at the Water of Life Community Church Mobile Medical Clinic in Fontana, where he provides free medical care to underserved populations throughout the Inland Empire.
He enjoys photography, cycling and woodworking as well as spending time with his lovely wife, two adventurous daughters and his Golden Retriever Max.
Mr. Lopez speaks English and Spanish.
