Hannah Chan, MD is committed to providing compassionate, patient-centered care to families at our North Fontana clinic.
Originally from Sacramento, Dr. Chan studied Molecular Environmental Biology and Global Poverty at UC Berkeley before earning her medical degree from the American University of the Caribbean, where she received the Dean’s Award for Excellence in Community and University Service. Her medical training included time in the United Kingdom, where she
gained experience in both acute and preventive care with the National Health Service. She later completed her residency at Arrowhead Regional Medical Center, caring for underserved populations and deepening her commitment to equitable, evidence-based Medicine.
Dr. Chan partners with patients to create personalized care plans that support long-term health. Her clinical interests include obesity medicine, women’s health, and in-office procedures such as joint injections and dermatologic care.
Outside of medicine, Dr. Chan loves exploring the outdoors through hiking, traveling to experience new cultures, and staying active with her husband and their rescue dogs. She also has a passion for music, from attending musicals to playing instruments. Guided by her faith and a dedication to community service, she looks forward to building lasting, meaningful relationships with patients at CVMG.
