Concesa Ruiz Ramirez, FNP-C, brings her lifelong dedication to medicine and patient care to CVMG’s Central Fontana location. Born in Guadalajara, Mexico, and raised in Colima, she was inspired early on by her parents, who were both physicians. After earning her medical degree from the University of Colima in 2004, she practiced as a general physician in a private clinic for five years before moving to the United States in 2010. Her journey continued with nursing, where she completed her RN program in 2020 and her Family Nurse Practitioner degree in 2022.
Concesa is passionate about helping patients improve their health through education, preventive care, and long-term support. She has a special interest in serving the community in the Inland Empire, with a focus on addressing prevalent health concerns such as diabetes. Bilingual in English and Spanish, she is committed to creating stronger patient-provider relationships through compassion, communication, and cultural understanding.
Outside of work, Concesa enjoys reading, traveling with her husband and two sons, watching tennis, and following her favorite soccer team, Chivas. She looks forward to building lasting connections with her patients and making a meaningful impact on the health and well-being of the community.
